Cancellation

A cancellation fee of 25% shall apply if a flight is cancelled after confirmation via the Confirmation Form provided to the client by Cameron Air. Should the cancellation occur within 48 hours of departure, the cancellation fee shall increase to 50% of the quoted charter cost.

Additional Costs  

Catering, ground transportation, hangar and de-icing/anti-icing charges incurred will be separately invoiced or charged to the credit card at trip completion. Any client-requested deviation from the itinerary may result in additional charges as determined by Cameron Air Service Ltd.  A 3.5% administrative fee will be charged if the client chooses to pay the full or partial value using a credit card.

Interrupted Flights 

Cameron Air shall not be liable for expenses incurred for replacement transportation in the case of mechanical interruptions; charges will only apply to the portions of the flight completed. Charter is subject to continued owner approval.   

Passenger Identification

The client will be responsible for ensuring that all passengers have all the required travel documents including passports, visas or documents required for all destinations. Passengers travelling with minors may be required to provide proof of guardianship/custody prior to travel.

Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods
